Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday September 7, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Christopher Todd Cochran, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and headlight violation. Cochran was released on 9/8 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,760. See also (7/9/2013) (5/6/2011) (2/2/2010)
Rebecca Ann Dawson, 29, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Dawson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two cash bonds totaling $411 have been set.
Dayna Shay Drummond, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Drummond was released on 9/8 after posting a $150 cash bond.
Demond Esjuan Glynn, 23, of Rome was arrested and charged with giving false name and date of birth to law enforcement officers. Glynn was released on 9/9 after posting a $1,100 property bond.
Kathryn Gail Smith, 29, of Franklin was arrested on a warrant issued out of Troup County.
Dekimbre Bernard Washington, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with affray (fighting in a public place). Washington remains in custody at the time of this publication.
