Andrew James Carter, 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Carter remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set. See also (11/28/2010)
Crystal Deann Dyer, 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass (barred from Cedartown Wal-Mart), giving false information to law enforcement, two counts probation violation and a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. James Larry Elrod, 24 of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court. Elrod remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $314 cash bond has been set. See also (4/9/2013)(1/29/2013)
Justin Henry Fields, 28, of Lithia Springs was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn. Fields remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,000 property bond has been set.
Donnie Edward Lumpkin, 61, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Lumpkin was released the same day after paying $625 cash. See also (10/14/2009)
Harvey Lee Peek, 68, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with first degree cruelty to children (FVA), aggravated assault (FVA) and terroristic threats and acts (FVA). Hannah Alexandra Scoggins, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by taking. Scoggins was released the same day after paying a $500 cash bond.
