Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday September 2, 2014. Joshua Gonzales, 23, of Aragon was arrested and charged with first degree forgery, theft by receiving stolen property and criminal receipt of goods and services fraudulently obtained. See also (7/31/2014)

Camille Kirsten Jolly, 17, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and failure to obey stop sign. Jolly was released on 9/3 after posting property bonds totaling $1,760.

William Michael Kay, 23, of Rockmart was arrested for violating a family violence order. Kay remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/14/2014)

Hai Nguyen, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public drunk. Nguyen was released the same day after posting a $270 property/$130 cash bond.

Anthony Glenn Poole, 44, of was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence, drugs not in original container, possession of schedule IV drug, possession of schedule III drug and a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Leobardo Segura, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with child molestation. Segura remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (arrest details)
