Rickey Cox, 56, of Villa Rica is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals. See also (6/12/2013)
Angela Dianne Dennis, 44, of Rossville was housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals. Dennis was released on 9/19 into the custody of U.S. Marshals.
Jonathan Frye, 33, of Hiram was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Frye was sentenced to serve 30 days before returning to court before a work release is approved pending a $1,000 purge payment. Ryan Adam Gombeda, 30, of Douglasville was arrested and charged with criminal attempt to purchase Oxycodone, use of an electronic device to facilitate a drug transaction and giving false information to law enforcement. Gombeda remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Thomas James Hilburn, 31, of Aragon was arrested and charged with possession of meth, obstruction and a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Hilburn remains in custody at the time of this publication. Mark Benjamin Jones, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with two counts financial transaction card fraud. Jones remains in custody with no bond set on the new charges at the time of this publication. A previous $10,100 property bond on original charges of armed robbery and signed by the Come Get Me bonding company has been dropped and Jones must also make bond on that charge once bond for the current charges has been set. Kevin Langford, 28, of Chatsworth was housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals. Langford was released on 9/19 into the custody of U.S. Marshals.
Martin Silva-Escobedo, 38, of Dalton is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals.
Alvin Lee Stocks, 53, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Stocks remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set.
