Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Morris Ashley, 58, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with second degree burglary. Ashley was released the same day after posting a $10,100 property bond. Morris was also booked in to the Floyd County jail on misdemeanor theft by taking charges. See also (6/27/2013) (7/29/2009)
Arthur Wade Baker, 40, of Aragon was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Baker was released on 9/14 ROR per Judge Crane.
Laura Ramona Baker, 43, of Aragon was arrested and charged with obstruction. Baker was released the same day after posting a $1,500 property bond.
Mark Allen Davis, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with reckless conduct. Davis was released on 9/14 after paying a $205.50 cash bond. See also (3/31/2012)
Ricky Maxin Hames, 60, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule III narcotic, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and a window tint violation. Gary Lee Krane Jr., 22, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with felony burglary. Krane remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $10,100 property bond has been set.
Logan Joe Leighton, 32, of Rockmart was arrested on a felony warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Leighton remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/3/2012)

Barry Neal, 20, of Cedartown was sentenced.
Trent Edward Lee Pope, 17, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by taking and entering a motor vehicle with intention to commit a felony. Pope was released on 9/14 after posting two property bonds totaling $5,100. See also (9/6/2013)
Fetisha Lafaye Samples, 24, of Dallas was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, brake light violation and a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Samples was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,760 and paying a $165 fine. See also (6/9/2011) (10/12/2009)
Bonnie Young, 33, of Cedartown was sentenced. Young remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Marcus Leroy Young, 44, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with pandering, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and terroristic threats and acts.
