Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday September 12, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Kristy Lynn Davis, 32, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Davis was released the same day after posting a $350 cash bond.
Tyree Jill Headen, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Headen was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond.
Kitzi A Ingram, 38, of Aragon was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and a felony charge of false statements and writings. Ingram was released on 9/13 after posting two property bonds totaling $6,100.
Roger Joseph Ingram, 43, of Aragon was arrested and charged with shoplifting, felony false statements, driving with no license on person and failure to change address on driver's license. Ingram was released the same day after posting four property bonds totaling $7,300. See also (5/2/2012)
David Prater, 53, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Prater was released on 9/13 after making a cash payment of $820 to Intertech.

George Luis Vega, 47, of Villa Rica was arrested and charged with failure to appear on an original charge of theft by receiving stolen property and criminal trespass. Vega remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/7/2013) (1/28/2011)
Kristie Sabrina Wilkes, 37, of Dallas was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and false statements and writings. Wilkes was released on 9/14 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,570.
