Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday October 4, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Taron Deshawn Arnold, 28, of Dallas was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, felony possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of arms by convicted felon, possession of drug related objects, possession of tools used for the commission of crime, speeding 56-99 mph over the speed limit and parole violation. Arnold remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. The bond will be decided by the parole officer per Judge Duke.
Mary Ann Ingram, 56, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Ingram remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set.
Randy Lee Richardson, 52, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of schedule III drugs and drugs not in original container. Richardson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set. See also (4/8/2013) (4/5/2013) (7/8/2010)
