Brandi Michelle Benefield, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI drugs and failure to maintain lane. Benefield was released on 11/1 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,000. See also (2/15/2013)
Zachary Adam Dempsey, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by taking. Dempsey remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,100 property bond has been set.

Santana Huggins, 28, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Huggins was released the same day after paying $557.98 cash.

Sydney Evan Locklear, 25, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Locklear was released the same day after posting a $5,100 property bond.

Richard Wallace Jr., 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and disorderly conduct. Wallace remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $3,100 have been set.
