Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday October 3, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Edwin Barnes, 42, of Cave Spring was arrested and charged with possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture meth, conspiracy to traffic meth and conspiracy to traffic meth. Barnes remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $9,100 have been set.
William Anthony Duke, 55, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple assault and second degree criminal damage to property. Duke was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (9/8/2013)
Julie Michelle Gulley, 36, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and six counts of third degree cruelty to children. Gulley remains in custody at the time of this publication.
James Aubrey Guttery Jr., 48, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Guttery was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (2/6/2012) (9/2/2009)
Jose Escobar-Morales, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed. Escobar-Morales remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,410 property bond has been set. See also (6/19/2010)
William Sindorf, 25, of Lindale was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Sindorf remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Kenneth Eugene Smith, 50, of Aragon was arrested and charged with theft by taking and theft by receiving. Smith remains in custody at the time of this publication. Eric Leon Stocks, 25, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of firearms by a convicted felon and pedestrian daring in and out of traffic. Donald Hoyt Vessell, 38, of Rockmart was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Vessell remains in custody at the time of this publication. Bonnie White, 42, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. White was released on 10/4 after posting a $400 cash bond. See also (7/26/2012)
Lisa Dawn Wisener, 43, of Aragon was arrested and charged with transactions in imitation of controlled substance. Wisener was released on 10/4 after posting a $1,100 property bond.
