Juan Carlos, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and headlight requirement. Carlos remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $1,625 have been set.
Jeana Lynn Carnes, 37, of Aragon was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Carnes was released the same day after posting a $3,500 property bond. Tyler Mason Hamrick, 21, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property. Hamrick remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/17/2013) (2/18/2013) (5/29/2012)
Jamie Dewayne Malone, 37, of Buchanan was arrested on a warrant out of Haralson County. See also (5/7/2013)
Charles Edward McBurnett, 25, of Cedartown was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant. McBurnett was released the same day after posting $1,100. See also (child molestation)
Tymius Lajuan Ore, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license, endangering a child less than 14 years of age, child restraint violation and a stop sign violation. Ore was released the same day after posting five property bonds totaling $5,960.
