Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Donald Jay Gamel, 34, of Rockmart was arrested at Belks in Rome by Rome police and charged with theft by shoplifting and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers. See also (1/11/2012)
Ricky James Landrum, 18, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding.
Jovanny Martinez, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct. Martinez was released the same day after posting two cash bonds totaling $1,133.50.
Rodrigo Martinez, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Martinez was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.
Raetosha Overton, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with two counts aggravated battery and two counts aggravated assault. Overton remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (8/25/2013)
Latonia Kay Rutledge, 38, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with first degree forgery. See also (9/19/2011)
Samara Ahsheda Williams, 37, of Rockmart was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Fulton County.
