Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday November 30, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Osiel Reynoso Aguilar, 30, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and defective equipment.

Tyler James Brown, 23, was arrested and charged with discharging a firearm within 50 yards of roadway.

Melvin Sharon Colvin, 30, was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). See also (7/16/2011) (6/10/2011) (8/20/2010)

Billy Wayne Summerville, 52, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. See also (7/10/2010)

Thomas Cody Tanner, 28, was arrested and charged with simple battery and false imprisonment under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and a warrant out of Carroll County. See also (7/31/2013) (8/27/2012)
