Justin Brett Dutton, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Dutton was released the same day after posting a $1,000 property bond.

Shasta Renea Meeker, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Meeker was released on 11/27 after posting an $800 property bond. See also (7/16/2012)
Kathy Yvonne Puckett, 55, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Puckett was released on 11/27 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (6/16/2010)
Zachary John Rutledge, 24, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI and criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Rutledge remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set.
Stanley Lee Turner, 48, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI (third offense), driving on revoked license (third offense) and a warrant for probation violation. Turner remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (7/18/2011) (1/9/2010)
