Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday May 9, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Whitney Crawford, 25, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with party to a crime of possession of cocaine, party to a crime of sale of cocaine and party to a crime of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Crawford was released on 5/11 after posting three property bonds totaling $10,100.

Jeffery Jamar Davis, 28, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Davis remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (1/4/2011)

Dominique Marshun Dudley, 25, of Cedartown was sentenced. See also (2/27/2014) (2/5/2010)

Kimberly Mae McDaniel, 27, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court and probation violation. McDaniel remains in custody at the time of this publication. Bobby Joel Pierce, 42, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Pierce was released on 5/11 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (10/17/2011)
