Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday May 31, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Charuas Deonta Davis, 19, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court and bond drop. Davis remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Samuel Alexander Dobbins, 46, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Dobbins remains in custody at the time of this publication. A cash bond for $1,175 has been set. See also (9/13/2012)
Arthur Thomas Horton, 62, of Rome was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Horton was released on 6/1 after posting a $300 property bond.
Jeffery James Lovingood, 23, of Aragon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication and bond drop. Lovingood remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/25/2014)
Alexandria Kristin Price, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with under age consumption. Price was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash fine.
Thomas Kevin Sherbert, 47, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of schedule II drug, possession of a controlled substance, two counts obstruction of an officer, battery against an officer, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime and pills not in original container. Sherbert was released on 6/2 after posting property bonds totaling $21,100. See also (pedestrian struck by vehicle) (6/3/2010)
