Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday May 3, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Timothy Crawford, 44, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Crawford remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set. See also (11/24/2009)

Stacie Leann Henson, 32, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs (less safe), failure to maintain lane, driving on a suspended license and expired tag/decal. Henson was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,190. See also (7/15/2012) (4/24/2011)

Chadrick Kenneth Hulsey, 29, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/27/2011) (10/26/2011)

Jimmy Lee Kimbrell, 41, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with speeding, driving while license withdrawn and expired registration/title. Kimbrell remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $2,290 have been set.

Jay William Maxwell, 39, of Atalla, AL was arrested and charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of drug related object, possession of schedule II, schedule III,schedule IV drugs, drugs not in original container and a seat belt violation. Maxwell remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.

Christopher Lee Owens, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public nuisances. Owens remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Heather Michelle Page, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Page was released on 5/5 after posting a $270 property bond. See also (5/13/2011) (3/6/2011)

Anthony Eugene Ross, 55, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with three counts deposit account fraud. Ross remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three cash bonds totaling $1,342.71 have been set.

Kenric Byron Russell, 39, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and obstruction. Russell was released on 5/6 after posting property bonds totaling $4,100. See also (11/9/2013)

Jeremy Trent Schmeck, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with third degree cruelty to children and terroristic threats and acts. Schmeck remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $4,100 have been set.

Jacqueline Estelle Smith, 30, of was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court.

Mary Ann Timms, 31, of was arrested on a warrant out of Haralson County. See also (1/12/2014)

Jessie Paul Vines, 35, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with driving in violation of limited permit, adult safety restraint violation, use of safety belt in passenger vehicles and speeding. Vines was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $600.

Joseph David Willingham, 46, of was arrested and charged with first degree cruelty to children.

Sonia Lee Willingham, 35, of was arrested and charged with first degree cruelty to children.
