Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday May 29, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Benjamin Lee Chubb Jr., 23, of Cave Spring was arrested and charged with false report of a crime. Chubb was released on 5/31 after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Heather Lee Clark, 28, of Dallas was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol by refusal and open container violation. Clark was released on 5/31 after posting property bonds totaling $2,950.

William Richard Crawford, 27, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. See also (4/9/2014)

Christopher Lamar Darden, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent, obstruction and contempt of court regarding child support. Darden remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/16/2013)

Dewayne Demetrius Diamond, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn, attempting to elude, failure to obey stop sign and brake light/turn signal violation. Diamond was released on 6/1 after posting property bonds totaling $3,010. See also (5/14/2011)

Gregory Scott Elliott, 38, of Franklin is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. See also (7/2/2012)

Melissa Lee Garrett, 52, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Garrett was released on 5/30 after posting a $2,100 property bond.

Richard Leland Garrett, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license and improper stopping on roadway. Garrett remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Nicholas Ricardo Gonzales, 18, of Lindale was arrested and charged with stalking and criminal trespass. Gonzales was released on 5/31 after posting property bonds totaling $7,100. See also (8/6/2013)

Hossain T Khan, 25, of Douglasville was arrested and charged with false report of a crime and obstruction. Khan was released on 5/30 after posting property bonds totaling $4,100.

Loyd Richard Ledford, 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Ledford was released the same day after posting a $300 property bond.

Rodger Ivey Dale Pointer II, 21, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and defective equipment. Pointer was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,760. See also (1/22/2012)

Reginald Defarrel Stamper, 43, of LaGrange is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. See also (4/29/2013)

Andrew Thomas Timms, 29, of Cedartown is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. See also (10/12/2012)

Ethan Cade Womack, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with statutory rape. Womack was released the same day after posting a $2,100 property bond. See also (1/3/2014)
