The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Terri Renee Canania, 48, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Canania was released the same day after paying a $125 cash fine.

Sarah Ann Carter, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and financial transaction card fraud. Carter was released on 5/29 after posting two property bonds totaling $4,100.

Beverly Elaine Davies, 31, of Cedartown was arrested on two counts failure to appear in probate court. Davies was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $205. See also (4/17/2013)

Barbara Karen Fincher, 56, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with two counts theft by deception. Fincher was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,100.

Alicia Dawn Kelly, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with giving false name and date of birth to a law enforcement officer. Kelly was released on 5/29 after posting a $550 property bond. See also (11/18/2012)

Terry Lee Murphy, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery. Murphy remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,100 property bond has been set. See also (3/8/2011)

Mark Shane Rice, 42, of Adairsville is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Floyd County authorities where he is charged with failure to appear and probation violation. Rice remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/2/2014)

Jose Luis Perez Ruiz, 35, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and tail light violation. Ruiz was released on 5/30 after posting property bonds totaling $1,580.

Edward Scott Short, 32, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Short remains in custody at the time of this publication. Short will be released upon a $460 property bond or $215 cash bond with proof of insurance. See also (3/7/2014)

Jessica Y Timms, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by taking, party to a crime of theft by taking, and two counts party to a crime of entering an auto. Timms was released on 5/29 after posting property bonds totaling $5,100.

Trimance Asana Walker, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by receiving. Walker remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set. See also (8/13/2013)
