Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday May 27, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Patsy Jean Bowen, 56, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and three warrants for failure to appear. Bowen remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/20/2013)

Thomas Richard Carey, 40, of Gadsden, AL was arrested and charged with failure to signal during lane change. Carey remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $75 cash bond has been set.

Donna Adele Carter, 50, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and distribution of a controlled substance. Carter remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/15/2014)

Tiffany Lee Collins, 21, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Collins was released on 5/28 after posting a $125 cash fine. See also (10/23/2013)

David Jason Crocker, 55, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Crocker was released the same day after posting a $3,938 property bond. See also (1/18/2014)

Zachary Tyler Davenport, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunk. Davenport remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $570 have been set. See also (10/5/2011)

Brandy Renee Emerson, 27, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Emerson remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,070 cash only bond has been set. See also (5/15/2010)

Barbara Renee Hayes, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public drunk. Hayes was released on 5/28 after posting a $270 property bond. See also (3/20/2013)

Miranda Ann McChargue, 22, of Aragon was arrested and charged with first degree cruelty to children, possession of a weapon during the commission of crime and aggravated battery. McChargue remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/10/2014)

Lisa Marie Owens, 43, of Aragon was sentenced to serve 14 days. See also (9/13/2012)

Michael Lewis Raven, 36, of Kingston was arrested and charged with operating a commercial vehicle without valid license and a seat belt violation. Raven was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,440.

Ebony Elice Stocks, 26, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court and probation violation. Stocks remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/18/2013)

Corlena Neshay Towns, 32, of Atlanta was arrested and charged with giving false name and date of birth. Towns remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set.

Kristopher Travitz, 38, of Douglasville is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals.
