Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday May 25, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Stephanie Ann Baldwin, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug related objects. Baldwin was released ROR per Judge Crane on 5/28. See also (5/1/2014)

David Steven Crider, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug related objects. Crider was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $5,100. See also (10/7/2013)

James Clayton Earle, 56, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with aggravated battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), false imprisonment and interference with a 911 call. Earle remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (4/10/2014)

Audrey Lynn Harriston, 45, of Decatur was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Harriston remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/14/2011)

Edgar Loman Hood, 44, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Hood was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash fine.

Richard Durward Janney, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Janney was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash fine. See also (7/21/2010)

Emillo Maldonado, 44, of Aragon was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Maldonado was released the same day afer posting a $2,000 property bond.

Jeremy Lee Maxwell, 30, of Dallad was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Maxwell was released on 5/27 per time served. See also (3/6/2014)

Vanessa Estelle Ritter, 31, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant regarding child support. Ritter was released on 5/28 after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Latonia Kay Rutledge, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane and a windshield violation. Rutledge was released on 5/26 after posting property bonds totaling $4,188.

Jessica Lois Taylor, 47, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Taylor was released the same day after paying a $205.50 cash fine.

Ashley Leann Thornton, 29, of Woodstock was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Thornton was released on 5/26 after posting property bonds totaling $3,100.

Ryan Keith Westmoreland, 22, of Cedartown was arrested on four counts failure to appear. Westmoreland remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four cash fines totaling $398 have been set. See also (7/8/2013)
