The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Thomas Earl Bodiford, 33, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane. Bodiford was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,762. See also (1/17/2014)
Traci Ann Darnell, 27, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Darnell remains in custody at the time of this publication. A cash bond in the amount of $880 has been set.
Argen Morris Jr, 47, of Rockmart was arrested for violating bond conditions. Morris was released the same day after posting a $500 cash bond. See also (2/25/2014)
Alan David Ralston, 53, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Ralston was released on 5/25 after posting a $440 OT bond.
Eric Stocks, 52, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Stocks remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Austin Scott Temple, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to obey traffic control device. Temple was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,610.
Tizaerain Wilson, 17, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery.
