The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Kyle Russell Bentley, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with reckless driving and speeding. Bentley was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $960.
William Travis Empie, 25, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Empie remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/1/2013)
Edward Eugene Holloway II, of Cedartown was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Henry County for failure to appear. Holloway remains in custody at the Henry County jail at the time of this publication.
Emiliano Gomez Luax, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving with no license and speeding. Luaz was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,640.
Brandon Joe Mashburn, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Mashburn was released on 5/23 after posting a $205.50 cash bond.
Michael Lenard McEntyre, 58, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence. McEntyre remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $520/$260 cash bond has been set. See also (6/24/2013) (10/14/2011) (3/1/2011)
