Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday May 2, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Steven Lydell Collier, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of crime, possession of drug related objects and possession of tools used for the commission of crime. Collier was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $13,100. See also (7/24/2011) (7/30/2009)

Patrick Oneal Francis, 41, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, possession of marijuana and a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Francis remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/12/2013)

David Neal Haney, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with incest, sodomy, aggravated sodomy, first degree cruelty to children, possession of meth and possession of drug related objects. Aldo Ray Maddox, 55, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Maddox remains in custody at the time of this publication. Luther Alexander Young, 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of meth and possession of drug related objects. Young remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $3,100 have been set.
