The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Kevin Lee Kines, 20, of Rome was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Kines was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond. See also (2/3/2012)
Mardoquez Gonzales Mendes, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license and following too closely. Mendes was released the same day after posting a $700 property and a $90 cash bond.
Hagan Anthony Morris, 40, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Morris was released the same day after posting a $1,200 property bond and a $125 cash bond.
Randy Harold Womack, 47, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, open container violation and fleeing or attempting to elude police. Womack was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $5,180.
