Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday May 16, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. Jeana Lynn Carnes, 38, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Carnes was released the same day after posting a $3,600 property bond. Gerren Rashad Cummings, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with burglary, loitering/prowling and obstruction of an officer. Cummings remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $12,100 have been set. See also (11/19/2013) (9/10/2013)

Thomas Eugene Dunn, 39, of Rome was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Dunn remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/9/2014)

Richard Evan Goodwin, 20, of Kingston was arrested and charged with under age DUI and driving on the wrong side of roadway. Goodwin was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,180.

Terry Wade Griffin, 22, of Bremen was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs and following too closely. Griffin was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,610.

Eddi Ibarra-Alvarez, 26, of Ashland, AL was arrested and charged with driving without a license, speeding and windshield requirement. Ibarra-Alvarez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,710.

Jesse D Jackson, 31, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Jackson remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Ahmad Rahsaan Kinamore, 33, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. Kinamore was released the same day after posting a $1,200 property bond. See also (12/17/2012)

Steve Alan Kinard, 35, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and released the same day. See also (4/15/2014) (3/20/2014) (12/30/2013) (10/15/2013) (5/17/2012) (5/15/2011)

Mateo Velasquez, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane. Velasquez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $5,608 have been set.

Terrance Wilson, 32, of Cartersville was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication.
