Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday May 13, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Javier Marquias Ayala, 20, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license, failure to maintain lane and a child safety restraint violation. Ayala was released the same day after posting aproperty bonds totaling $2,900.

Joshua Anthony Lawrence, 27, of Tallapoosa was re-arrested due to a previous bond drop on original charges of failure to appear and aggravated assault. Lawrence remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/18/2013) (8/15/2013) (11/9/2012) (12/28/2011) (8/29/2011) (6/2/2011)

Tina Gail Millican, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Millican was released the same day after posting a $300 property bond. See also (9/22/2011) (3/31/2011)

Edward William Short, 56,of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Short was released the same day after posting a $300 property bond.

Loretta Jane Yates, 45, of Cedartown was arrested abd charged with pedestrian under the influence. Yates was released on 5/14 after posting a $205.50 cash bond.
