Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday May 12, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Deundra Martez Cummings, 22, of was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and use of telephone for facilitating drug offenses. Cummings remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. Charlie Lee Frost, 23, of Rome was arrested and charged with battery. Frost was released the same day after paying a $205.50 cash fine.

Patrick James Goddard, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Goddard remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,100 property bond has been set. See also (7/16/2012) (Resident holds suspects at gunpoint until police arrive)

Taurean Antonio Reeves, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, sale of cocaine, possession of meth. Reeves remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.

Justin Donald Wheeler, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI (less safe), impeding traffic, expired registration, driving on suspended license, improper stopping on roadway, tire violation, no insurance and affixing license plate with intent to misrepresent. Kelly Mechelle White, 43, of Buchanan was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support and probation violation. White remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/26/2012) (1/12/2012) (3/16/2011) (9/28/2010)
