Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday May 11, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Jerome Alexander, 57,of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple assault. Alexander remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,100 property bond has been set.

Hilal Alsaeed, 30, of Indiana, IN was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn, no prrof of insurance, speeding and operating a vehicle without a proper tag. Alsaeed was released on 5/11 after paying a $1,270 cash fine.

William Ricky Brown, 57, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Brown remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Terrance Demetrius Davis, 26, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court and probation violation. Davis remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Paul Lamar Deems Jr., 30, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA) and obstructing another person from making a 911 call. Deems was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Warren Brandon Gentry, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal trespass and first degree forgery. Gentry was released on 5/13 after posting property bonds totaling $11,100.

Dylan Cade Hicks, 17, of Taylorsville was arrested and charged with burglary and criminal trespass. Hicks was released on 5/13 after posting two property bonds totaling $6,100.

Luke Conner Holder, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and burglary. Holder was released on 5/13 after posting property bonds totaling $6,100.

Kelsey Dey Pennington, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with burglary and criminal trespass. Pennington was released on 5/13 after posting property bonds totaling $6,100.

Krystal Woolf, 27, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Woolf remains in custody at the time of this publication.
