The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Cheryl Denice Barton, 47, of Atlanta was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and suspended tag. Barton was released on 5/10 after posting a $3,400 property bond.
Howard Dennis Coker, 34, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and probation violation. Coker remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $928 cash bond has been set. See also (4/11/2014) (1/11/2014) (6/21/2013)
Allen Dale Dostart, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Dostart was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond. See also (8/12/2011) (9 arrested in altercation)
Tommy Andrew Gaddy, 26, of Newnan was arrested and charged with simple battery. Gaddy was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.
David Joseph Richards, 30, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court and two counts probation violation.
