Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday March 9, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Melvin Sharon Colvin, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn, improper use of central turning lane, no brake lights or working turn signals and a tag light violation. Colvin was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,740. See also (11/30/2013) (7/16/2011) (6/10/2011) (8/20/2010)

Erin Cherise Graham, 33, of was arrested in Floyd County and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Ritchie Wayne Graham, 51, of Rockmart was arrested in Floyd County and charged with DUI-alcohol and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Danh Huu Nguyen, 24, of Aragon was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking, third degree cruelty to children and simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Nguyen remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (3/24/2011) (4/28/2010)

Jesmon Jermain Smith, 24, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and a tag light violation. Smith was released on 3/10 after posting property bonds totaling $1,560. see also (5/9/2011) (3/22/2011)

William Clayton Willbanks, 42, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for child support. Willbanks remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/18/2013) (5/10/2012) (7/17/2010) (11/28/2009)
