Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday March 9, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Travis Martez Bradford, 32, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Williams and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, failure to maintain lane and expired tag or decal. Bradford was released on 3/11 after posting three property bonds totaling $7,100. See also (12/13/2011) (Bellview Road raid) (3/28/2010) (8/29/2009)
John Anthony Davis, 52, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Ford and charged with driving without a license. Davis was released the same day after posting a $1,410 property bond.
Anibal Escalante, 27, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Stroup and charged with public intoxication. Escalante remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Uniquea Kiasa Finley, 18, of Rome was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch on a hold for Floyd County.
John Scott Guice, 21, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with possession of marijuana, failure to renew license within 60 days, driving with no license on person and tail light required. Guice remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $8,100 have been set. See also (9/14/2010)
Honorio Diaz Mejia, 40, of was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Stroup and charged with public intoxication. Mejia remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Hannah Kimberly Singletary, 27, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Turner on warrants for failure to appear in superior court and failure to appear in magistrate court. William Dean Singletary, 29, of was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Turner on warrants for failure to appear in superior court and failure to appear in magistrate court. Singletary remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/3/2011) (12/29/2010)
Richard Clayton Wallace, 39, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Ford on a warrant for probation violation. Wallace remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/26/2011) (7/24/2012) (7/28/2011)
Jacob Claude Watson, 30, of Rockmart was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Young on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court and a warrant for driving on a suspended license. Watson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Watson was sentenced to 60 days to serve day-to day per municipal court and sentenced in probate court to pay $805 or serve time incarcerated.
Walter Eugene Weaver, 39, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Logan and charged with disorderly conduct. Weaver remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set. See also (12/14/2012) (11/21/2012) (7/2/2012) (1/28/2012)
William Randolph Welchel, 42, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with deposit account fraud in the amount of $427.28. Welchel remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Michael Steven Woods, 32, of Cedartown was sentenced.
