Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday March 8, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Megan Kathleen Chastain, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with first degree burglary, criminal trespass and possession of tools used for the commission of crime. Chastain remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $16,100 have been set. See also (8/5/2013)

Michael Leon Donaldson, 34, of Rome was arrested and charged with solicitation of prostitution. Donaldson was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Jana Denise Eads, 28, of Tallapoosa was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and tag light required. Eads was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,560.

Haley Joanna Grant, 17, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Grant was released the same day after posting a $1,010 property bond.

Austin Blaze Greeson, 25, of Cave Spring was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol and tag light violation. Greeson was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $2,610.

Ryan Christopher Griffin, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and no tail lights. Griffin was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $2,190.

Richard J Hudson, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Hudson was released on 3/9 after posting a $300 property bond.

Jessica Marshea King, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with first degree burglary, criminal trespass and possession of tools used for the commission of crime. Christopher Rond McCallister, 19, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery. McCallister was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Richard Lee Murphy, 26, of Calhoun was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn. Murphy was released the same day after posting a $1,610 property bond.

Nathan Calvin Perry, 26, of Cave Spring was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunk. Perry was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $570.

Timothy Edward Rash, 39, of Jasper, TN was arrested and charged with solicitation of prostitution. Rash was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Larry Earl Ruff, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Ruff was released on 3/10 after posting a $2,100 property bond. See also (9/11/2012)

Whitney Sierra Ruff, 19, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Ruff was released on 3/9 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (5/24/2012)

Trista Janna Bell Smith, 23, of Atlanta was arrested and charged with obstructing a person while making an emergency call under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Smith was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Paulette Linette Turner, 35, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Turner remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Cleveland Steve Williams, 43, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Williams was released on 3/10 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (6/4/2013) (10/29/2012)

Toni Raquel Williams, 41, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Williams remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/14/2013) (9/12/2009)
