Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday March 8, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Joshua Moon of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court. Moon was released on 3/9 per Rockmart Police Department.
Joel Randall Outlaw, 36, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Kinne and charged with discharging a firearm near a public street, discharging a firearm while under the influence, reckless conduct, simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), possession of a firearm during a crime and third degree cruelty to children. Outlaw was released on 3/9 after posting six property bonds totaling $14,100.
Sharon Outlaw, 25, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Kinne and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with calls for assistance. Outlaw was released on 3/9 after posting two property bonds totaling $3,600.
Exzavier Pace, 17, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Coppock and charged with disorderly conduct. Pace was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Amy Marina Price, 37, of Marietta was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Coppock and charged with disorderly conduct. See also (1/7/2012)
Tommy Rose Jr. of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police and charged with driving on a suspended license and no head lights when required. Rose was released on 3/9 after posting to property bonds totaling $1,760. See also (9/21/2011) (5/29/2011) (8/2/2010)
Jeffery Edward Smith, 47, of Cedartown was sentenced.
Kandice Nicole Stephens, 21, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police and charged with obstruction. Stephens was released on 3/9 after posting a $2,600 property bond.
