Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday March 7, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Melanie B Beaty, 60, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Walters and charged with theft by shoplifting. Beaty was released on 3/8 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department.

Cecil Calvin Bishop, 39, of was arrested on warrants charging him with 19 counts unauthorized distribution of a controlled substance by obtaining drugs by forgery and misrepresentation. See also (arrest details) (2/21/2013) (5/25/2012)

Howard Dean Jennings, 44, of Rockmart was arrested for violating the terms of a good behavior bond. Jennings remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $500 cash bond has been set.

Tammy Jo Kelley, 44, of Cedartown was arrested by Floyd County deputies on a warrant for felony probation violation.

Kimberly Ann Pace, 21, of Cedartown was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Riley and charged with third degree cruelty to children, simple assault and simple battery. Pace remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Kwaina Leshell Smith, 35, of Rome was arrested by Cedartown Police Detective Ray and charged with forgery and theft by deception. Smith was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100.

Shanterrius Shanice Smith, 19, of Rome was arrested by Cedartown Police Detective Ray and charged with forgery and theft by deception. Smith was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100.

Felicia Faye Taylor, 42, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Robinson and charged with disorderly conduct. Taylor remains in custody at the time of this publication. A cash bond of $205.50 has been set.

Harry Levoid Tigue III, 41, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and obstruction of an officer. Tigue remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Jairo Tomas, 23, of Cedartown was arrested in Rome per court order. See also (2/1/2013) (3/31/2012)
