Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday March 5, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Clinton Lenell Brown, 44, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Brown remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/29/2013)

Jeanette Allred Brown, 49, of Tallapoosa was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. Brown was released on 3/5 after posting a $4,830 property bond.

Jana Dean Godfrey, 32, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with fourth degree forgery. Godfrey remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (8/30/2013)

Joshua Lewis Owens, 22, of Aragon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Owens was released the same day after posting a $650 property bond. See also (10/15/2013) (6/2/2013) (6/29/2012)

Jimmy Lee Parrott, 51, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with reckless driving, driving too fast for conditions, fleeing,failure to maintain lane, driving while license withdrawn, defective equipment, habitual violator and probation violation. Parrott remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. Bobby Edward Perez, 40, of Aragon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Perez remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $650 property bond has been set. Gregory D Sanders, 19, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with under age possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct. Sanders was released the same day after posting bond. See also (3/30/2013)

Maurice Eugene Stocks, 34, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Stocks remains in custody at the time of this publication. Phillip Eugene Suits, 41, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Suits remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/6/2012)

Renaldo Andretti Taylor, 23, of Carrollton was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and possession of a weapon during the commission of crime. Taylor remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.

Latonia Marquis Walker, 35, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Walker remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/26/2013) (8/19/2012) (11/19/2011)
