Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday March 4, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Gary Lee Clackum, 43, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Logan and charged with misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property. Clackum was released on 3/5 after paying a $205.50 cash fine.
Nathaniel Allen Clackum, 21, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Logan and charged with misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property. Clackum was released on 3/5 after paying a $205.50 cash fine.
Joel Ivan Dominquez, 23, of was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Short and McClendon and charged with DUI refusal, hit and run and driving without a license. Dominquez was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Lavette Renee Love, 39, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Anderson on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court.
Heather Ruth Swift, 27, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for first degree criminal damage to property. Swift was released on 3/5 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (2/17/2013) (1/12/2013) (1/14/2010) (four women charged after fight breaks out)
