Mary Dell Bush, 61, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Bush was released on 3/4 after posting a $1,100 property bond.
Sirquential Joseph Chaney, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no seat belt, child endangerment, fleeing/attempting to elude and failure to yield for stop sign. Chaney was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,190. See also (5/29/2012)

Eric Steven Cummings, 45, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Cummings was released on 3/3 after posting three property bonds totaling $1,600. Ashley Lynn Dover, 27, of Aragon was arrested in Floyd County on a warrant for probation violation.

Jody Morris Strickland, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Strickland remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/1/2013)(8/1/2013) (12/29/2012)
Jeffery Wayne Waddell, 27, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with second degree burglary and theft by taking. Waddell remains in custody at the time of this publication.
