Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday March 2, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Charles Philip Bergeron, 22, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Tillery and charged with felony aggravated stalking under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Bergeron remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
Caleb Thomas Clark, 21, of Aragon was arrested in Floyd County and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Thomas Edward Gates, 31, of Aragon was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Gilstrap and charged with theft by shoplifting. Gates remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/17/2013) (12/19/2011) (1/24/2010)
Beth Jane Kleinschmidt, 27, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Amos and charged with driving while license withdrawn. Kleinschmidt was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department.
Chase Kendall Parker, 18, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with driving on a suspended license and speeding in excess of maximum limits.
Debra McCall Perry, 46, of Buchanan was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court on an original charge of first degree forgery.
Michael Corey Strickland, 22, of Aragon was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Gilstrap and charged with theft by shoplifting. Strickland was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (5/11/2010) (9/27/2009)
Maggie Marie Wheeler, 22, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Martin on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Wheeler remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/29/2012) (8/25/2011) (3/31/2011) (3/8/2011)
