Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday March 18, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Trintis Dewayne Hodges, 21, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for Whitfield County where he is awaiting trial for residential armed robbery, aggravated assault with a gun, first degree burglary (forced entry dwelling) and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Deuisha Danielle Johnson, 19, of Rome was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of ecstasy, possession of ecstasy with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of firearm during the commission of crime. Johnson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $45,100 have been set.

Paris B Johnson, 46, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support. Johnson was released the same day per Judge Murphy. See also (11/15/2012) (4/11/2012)

Robert Allen Lonergan, 22, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County on a felony warrant for probation violation. See also (12/10/2013) (9/12/2012)

Autumn Dell McDonald, 43, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. See also (12/8/2013) (6/24/2012)

Brian Keith Nation, 44, of Resaca was arrested and charged with criminal attempt to purchase controlled substance and use of a communication device to facilitate a drug transaction. Nation was released on 3/19 after posting two property bonds totaling $10,100.

Nicholas Adam Ramsey, 24, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Ramsey remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/24/2013) (1/20/2013) (4/12/2011)

Zackery Howard Russell, 23, of Aragon was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug related object. Russell was released the same day after posting two cash bonds totaling $1,856.

Cristy Amanda Smith, 35, of Aragon was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and concealing identity of vehicle.

Albert Ladale Ware Jr., 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of ecstasy, possession of ecstasy with intent to distribute, reckless driving, failure to yield, failure to maintain lane, failure to obey stop sign, passing in a no passing zone, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving too fast for conditions, obstruction, fleeing/attempting to elude, possession of a drug related object, two counts possession of marijuana, two counts possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana near housing authority, two counts possession of cocaine, two counts possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, driving while license suspended, possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute,possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. David Egustus Wheeler, 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Wheeler remains in custody at the time of this publication. A 4600 property bond has been set.

Jamie Lamar Wilkes, 29, of Aragon was arrested in Floyd County and charged with DUI.

Dustin Adam Wolfe, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of drug related object, loitering/prowling and criminal trespass. Wolfe was released on 3/19 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,100 and a $205.50 cash bond.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
