Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday March 16, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Randall Brett Garrett, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving on expired license, switched or fraudulent license plate, driving an unsafe or improperly equipped vehicle and a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Garrett was released on 3/17 after posting property bonds totaling $1,710 and $400 cash to Intertech. See also (10/9/2011)

Henry Young Holland, 41, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Holland remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set.

Audrey Andrea Perkins, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs (less safe). Perkins remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,430 property bond has been set. See also (5/5/2011)

Tyrone Reeves Jr., 32, of Aragon was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Reeves remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set. See also (5/5/2011)

Marquitta Sanders, 29, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court and defective equipment. Sanders was released on 3/17 after paying $75 cash fine and $186.50 to Intertech. See also (4/15/2013)

Amber Lolita Sims, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with giving false information, no license, driving too fast for conditions, switched or fraudulent plates and defective equipment. Sims remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $3,660 and a cash bond of $205.50 have been set.

Kenneth Thomas, 37, of Aragon was arrested and charged with first degree cruelty to children and battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Thomas was released on 3/18 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100.

Christopher Cornelius Wyatt, 38, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and charged with resisting arrest. Wyatt remains in custody at the time of this publication.
