Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday March 16, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Jamal Vernon Hunter, 20, of Douglasville was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Nicholson and charged with giving false information, battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA), and third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Hunter remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $6,600 have been set.
Devin Durrell Jones, 22, of Aragon was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Klein on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Jones remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/29/2011)
Johnny Miller Robertson, 51, of Gadsden, Ala., was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Martin and charged with driving while license withdrawn and failure to drive within single lane. Robertson was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,760.
Edward Lebron Smith, 57, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Anderson and charged with speeding and driving on a revoked license. Smith remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $1,840 have been set. See also (7/7/2012)
