Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday March 15, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Rashonda Monique Chatman, 22, was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Walters and charged with criminal trespass. See also (2/19/2013) (1/31/2013)
Brittnay Nicole Cross, 28, was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Walters and charged with possession of fraudulent license and driving while license suspended or revoked.
Michael Bradley Erwin, 45, was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with suspended license, theft by receiving stolen property, no insurance, unregistered vehicle and use of license plate to conceal or misrepresent.
Michael Scott Ganues, 34, was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related object.
Ethan James Heinrich, 22, was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Young and charged with DUI refusal, speeding, failure to maintain lane and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. See also (11/10/2011) (2/4/2011) (Russell Street drug raid)

Ashley Patterson-Miller, 22, as arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Anderson and charged with first degree cruelty to children and obtaining or attempting to obtain dangerous drugs by fraud.
Travis Dewayne Proctor, 28, was arrested by Polk County Police Office Lynch on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. See also (1/10/2013) (9/14/2012)
Michael Dennis Smith II, 47, was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Riley and charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, failure to drive within single lane, driving on wrong side of road and possession of drug related objects.
