Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday March 14, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Daniel Vonne Burge, 24, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding. Burge was released the same day after posting bond.

Horacio Gomez Delacruz, 43, of Lagrange was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding. Delacruz was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,640.

Tyler Scott Farrister, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with burglary, second degree criminal damage to property and contempt of court regarding child support. Farrister remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Jimmy Ray Hunter, 56, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Hunter remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,465 cash bond has been set. See also (9/6/2013)

Ricky William Lee, 52, of Aragon was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Lee was released on 3/16 after posting an $8,100 property bond. See also (1/30/2011)

Steven Rand McGatha Jr., 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and defective equipment. McGatha was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,760. See also (12/6/2010)

Michael Patrick Miller, 32, of Oxford, AL was arrested and charged with criminal attempt to purchase a controlled substance and use of an electronic device to facilitate a drug transaction. Miller was released on 3/15 after posting two property bonds totaling $5,100.

Joseph Bryan Mitchell, 24, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Mitchell was released the same day after posting a $290 cash bond. See also (5/1/2011) (3/20/2011)

Kathy Deanna Morgan, 49, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Morgan remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/11/2010) (9/1/2010) (6/12/2010) (9/27/2009)

Tammie Porter, 45, of Rome was arrested and charged with theft by conversion and theft by receiving stolen property. Porter was released on 3/15 after posting two property bonds totaling $10,100.

Melissa Blythe Roberson, 36, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with electronically furnishing obscene material to minors. Roberson was released the same day after posting a $5,100 property bond. See also (Former substitute teacher charged with furnishing obscene material to minors)

William Dan Rowland, 55, of Cedartown was arrested on warrants for failure to appear in superior court and parole violation. Rowland remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/10/2011) (8/17/2009)

Detraio Lamar Stocks, 28, of Aragon was arrested and charged with possession/manufacturing controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm while trying to commit crimes, possession of arms by a convicted felon and possession of tools used for the commission of crime.
