Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday March 14, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Jamie Nicole Ayers, 35, was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with obstruction of an officer.

Gregory Eugene Barber, 52, was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Zuker and charged with DUI-less safe, failure to maintain lane and failure to use turn signal.

Jeremy Costlow, 28, was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with three counts deposit account fraud.

Mary Elizabeth Dill, 48, was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Hearne and charged with battery.

Kevin Dean Jackson, 39, was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Hearne and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and felony obstruction.

Stephen Ray Larkin, 29, was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with possession of methamphetamine. See also (1/22/2013) (12/19/2009)

Joshua James Curtis Nichols, 33, was arrested on a 48 hour probation hold. See also (11/29/2012) (3/1/2011) (12/4/2009)

David Edward Pokojski, 29, was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Hearne and charged with hit and run, possession of meth, aggravated assault, possession of a drug related object, failure to maintain lane and expired license.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
