Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office. The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Michael Horace Bailey, 42, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools used for the commission of crime, driving while suspended, failure to maintain lane, failure to use turn signal and probation violation. Donald Donell Banks, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and suspended/cancelled registration. Banks was released on 3/14 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,400. See also (2/28.2013) (2/26/2013)

Gary Franklin Coker, 59, of Fayetteville, NC was arrested and charged with public drunk. Coker was released on 3/15 after posting an OT bond.

Linda Stone Fisher, 48, of Fayetteville, NC was arrested and charged with public drunkenness. Fisher was released on 3/15 after posting an OT bond.

Joshua Edmond Hayes, 39, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and a tail light violation. See also (8/2/2011) (6/23/2010) (2/3/2010)

Dartanyus Payun Hindsman, 35, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with cruelty to children and battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Hindsman was released on 3/15 after posting two property bonds totaling $4,100. see also (4/10/2012) (4/20/2011)

Johnny Lee Olive, 27, of Rome was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Olive remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/25/2013) (6/14/2012) (3/17/2010) (3/2/2010)

Joshua Lewis Owens, 22, of Aragon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Owens was released the same day after posting a $650 property bond. See also (10/15/2013) (6/2/2013) (6/29/2012)

James Edward Price, 51, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and no seat belt. Price was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $2,530.

Brandon Michael Stephens, 25, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with first degree forgery, possession of altered/forged title, failure to register used vehicle within seven days and owner allowing operation of an unregistered vehicle. Stephens was released on 3/15 after posting property bonds totaling $7,100. Stephens was released on 3/15 after posting property bonds totaling $5,250.

Kendall Ladwon White, 22, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug related objects and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
