Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday March 12, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Eric Alrson, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license. Alrson was released the same day after posting a $700 cash bond.

Jessie Bradford Cagle, 41, of Acworth was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Cagle remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Taracha Octavia Hammond, 19, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without headlights when required and a safety restraint violation for a child under seven years of age. Hammond was released on 3/13 after posting three property bonds totaling $1,680.

Larry McCain, 60, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft of services. McCain remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $600 property bond has been set. See also (1/5/2012)

Zandreous Tywan Pledger, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI (alcohol and drugs) and driving on a suspended license. John Daniel Rampley, 47, of Cedartown was arrested on two warrants for probation violation. Rampley remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/21/2012) (10/16/2011) (Wheelchair athlete injured in hit and run) (6/12/2011) (6/3/2010)

Austin Tyler Sellers, 20, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with fourth degree forgery. Sellers remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,100 property bond has been set. See also (12/30/2011) (1/6/2011)

Charles Matthew Waddell, 33, of Aragon was arrested and charged with first degree cruelty to children, simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Waddell was released on 3/13 after posting three property bonds totaling $3,100.

Trekisha L Williams, 33, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and driving on the wrong side of road. Williams was released on 3/13 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,380 have been set.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
