Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday March 11, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Jeffery Scott Byrd, 53, of was arrested and charged with speeding and driving on a suspended license. Byrd was released the same day on an ROR bond per Judge Crane.
Amanda Fincher, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn, disorderly conduct and defective equipment. Fincher remains in custody at the time of this publication. Caitlyn Lynn Hulsey, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Hulsey was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.
Donald Eric Luallen, 53, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Luallen was released the same day after paying a $150 cash fine. See also (10/23/2013)
Fermin Rodriguez-Nunez, 53, of Calhoun is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals.
Glen Rodriguez, 17, of Acworth was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and obstructing law enforcement officers. Rodriguez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $1,100 have been set.
John Patrick Wentz, 27, of Cedartown was arrested at the Rome probation office on a felony warrant for probation violation.
Kristie Sabrina Wilkes, 38, of Dallas was arrested and charged with first degree burglary, first degree criminal damage to property and theft by taking. Wilkes remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $3,100 have been set. See also (9/12/2013)
