Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday March 10, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

William Allen Brown, 19, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by taking and entering an auto. Brown was released the same day after posting a $1,000 property bond. See also (1/4/2014)

Nikolas Scott Freeman, 18, of Dallas was arrested and charged with criminal use of an article with altered identification, drugs not in original container, possession of a weapon during the commission of crime, transactions in drug related objects, theft by receiving stolen property, tampering with evidence, window tint violation, driving with no license on person and obstructed tag. Freeman remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $13,400 have been set.

Jeremy Scott Hayes, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Hayes was released on 3/11 after posting a $300 property bond. See also (3/25/2010)

Gregory Lee Law, 38, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Law remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set. See also (2/7/2011)

Beverly Dawn Reed, 42, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property and forgery. Reed was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,100. See also (8/28/2013) (3/24/2011) (2/10/2011) (8/25/2010)

Fred Alonzo Snow, 24, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Snow remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,245 cash bond has been set. See also (10/15/2012) (4/27/2012) (3/4/2012) (5/23/2011) (8/26/2010) (12/4/2009)

Kerrie Amanda Wallace, 40, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and fraud. Wallace remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,100.
