Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday March 10, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Tammie Marie Ballew, 39, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Turner on a warrant for failure to appear. Ballew remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (11/1/2010)

Barbara Annette Carter, 53, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Upon her arrest, Well-Done bonding company came off of a previous bond. William Olson Griffith, 52, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with driving under the influence and driving while license suspended. Griffith was released on 3/11 after posting two property bonds totaling $3,212.

Michelle Amber Mayfield, 26, of Newman was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Hunter and charged with theft by receiving stolen property. Mayfield was released on a $600 OT bond.

Chase Kendall Parker, 18, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Wallace and charged with obstruction. Parker was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (3/2/2013)

Rhonda Leanne Shelton, 43, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine and possession of a drug related object.
