Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday June 9, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Shane Lewis Akins, 42, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Akins was released on 6/10 after posting a $300 property/$150 cash bond.

Michelle Leigh Bailey, 43, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Bailey was released the same day after posting a $300 property/$150 cash bond. See also (12/5/2011)

Tiffany Lynn Boozer, 26, of Rome was booked into the Polk County jail for court and released on 6/10. See also (2/25/2013)

Terry Lamar Byrd, 49, of Rome is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. See also (Rome man charged with child molestation awaiting similar charges in Polk County)

Barbara Renee Hayes, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs (less safe) and invalid tag. Hayes was released on 6/10 after posting property bonds totaling $2,610. See also (5/27/2014)

Elijah Joseph Ingram, 22, of Dallas was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Inram remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/28/2013)

Joseph Henry Ogles, 30, of Auburn, AL was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Ogles remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $165 cash fine has been set.

Beverly Dawn Reed, 42, of Lindale was arrested and charged with three counts fourth degree forgery. Reed remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set.

Jesse James Wheeler, 33, of Cedartown was sentenced. See also (4/7/2014)
